Job Description
We are looking for a Software Manager to define project purposes and scopes, develop project plans, and provide hands-on software development. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Science/Engineering, prior project management experience, and experience in the semiconductor industry.
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in Science/Engineering subjects
- Prior professional project management experience: 2+ years
- CIM related or equivalent work experience in Semiconductor, Display (TFT-LCD or OLED) Industry
- Master C/C++/C# or Java programming skills
- Familiar with HSMS or SECS-II specification
- Familiar with Melsec PLC communication specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills)
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
- Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) is desirable, but not required
- Time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure are all required
- Good communication skills to handle tough customers
- Be able to travel domestics/international based on company request
