Job Description
Join Kaufman & Broad's development team in Nice, France, and participate in land development for diversified real estate programs. The ideal candidate has a commercial sense and strong sensitivity to urban planning, and is pursuing studies in business school, real estate, or university (law, urban planning) at a Bac +4 or Bac +5 level.
Requirements
- Prospecting for land in a defined geographic sector
- Establishing relationships with local actors: real estate agencies, property owners, surveyors, and notaries
- Participating in feasibility studies with external service providers and preparing financial balances
- Collecting and aggregating all necessary documents for project studies
