Job Description
Kaufman & Canoles is seeking a highly qualified Healthcare Litigation Attorney with 5 or more years of litigation experience representing clients in the healthcare industry.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of litigation experience required
- Experience in healthcare matters preferred, including representation of health systems in medical malpractice and premises liability cases
- Juris Doctorate degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association with an outstanding academic record
- Admission to the North Carolina Bar
- Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the State of North Carolina
