Manager, M&A Tax Advisory

Kaufman Rossin is seeking a Tax Manager with M&A experience to join their dynamic Tax Advisory Services team. The role focuses on supporting corporate and private equity clients through buy-side and sell-side transactions, delivering high-quality tax due diligence, structuring advice, and transaction modeling.

Requirements

• CPA or JD required.
• 4–5+ years of public accounting experience, with exposure to tax due diligence, transaction tax, or M&A tax advisory.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal corporate and partnership tax principles.
• Experience working directly with clients and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong technical research, analytical, and tax modeling capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex tax matters for non-tax audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
