Staff Accountant

Kaufman Rossin, a top accounting firm, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their Family Office Services team. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to multi-task with financial data and accounting functions.

Requirements

• Ensure accounts payable are entered accurately and paid in a timely manner
• Ensure accounts receivable are entered accurately and collected promptly
• Process payroll in a timely manner
• Ensure monthly bank and credit card reconciliations are completed for all client accounts
• Prepare filings for payroll and sales/use tax
• Maintain an orderly electronic accounting filing system
• Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions
