Per Diem Pharmacist-Clinical

Requirements

• Current California Registered Pharmacist license
• Pharm. D. degree
• Inpatient: Completed PGY-1 residency or at least two years clinical hospital pharmacist experience or current Kaweah Health Pharmacy Resident.
• Outpatient: Completed PGY-1 residency or at least two years clinical pharmacist experience or current Kaweah Health Pharmacy Resident.
