Commercial Finance Analyst UK/EU

We are seeking a proactive Commercial Finance Analyst to join our growing fragrance brand. This newly created role strengthens commercial insight and decision-making within KAYALI. You will consolidate and analyse data across Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, Customer Service, and Finance, delivering clear, actionable insights to support performance and growth.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years’ experience in retail, fragrance, beauty, or consumer goods.
• Strong data and analytical skills, comfortable managing and interpreting large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills (modelling, automation, scenario analysis).
• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP system.
• Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate data into clear, commercial insight.
