Job Description
We are seeking an experienced PR & Events Manager to lead PR initiatives, corporate communications, and event marketing across the Americas. The role is responsible for creating memorable experiences that resonate with our community and reinforce our brand identity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in PR and event management, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry.
- Proven track record of successful large-scale events.
- Strong project management and budgeting skills.
- Understanding of beauty industry trends and influencer landscape.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Experience coaching, developing, and managing direct reports.
- Excellent team player
