Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, very well spoken
- Superbly presented
- Substantial experience working in a busy reception environment
- Experience working in a 5* environment (boutique hotel or private club)
- Very good all-round admin skills
- Organised, ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Very good at rapport building with members, guests, colleagues, and managers
