Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree
• General knowledge of home credits and insurance for individuals
• Previous work experience
• Active listening and communication skills in Dutch
• Ability to help customers in a second language (preferably French, Dutch or English)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
