IT Business Analytik - senior (m/ž)

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst who can bridge the business view with technical design. The position involves collecting and structuring requirements, converting them into functional and technical specifications, designing integration interfaces and working with models in Enterprise Architect.

Requirements

• Experience in business or IT analysis in large system environments.
• Ability to create clear and comprehensive functional specifications.
• Advanced knowledge of BPMN and UML (EA is an advantage).
• Experience with integration analysis - API, data schema, message flow.
• Familiarity with data structures (JSON/XML, basic SQL).
• Basic understanding of information system architecture.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and find solutions, not just describe the problem.
• Proficiency in Czech language, English for documentation writing (KBC standard).
