Requirements
- Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, economics, finance) or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with credit risk modeling and validation frameworks
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, risk management principles, and regulations (e.g., CRR, ECB guidelines)
- Demonstrated experience (> 5 years) in managing complex, international projects
- Proficient in resource planning, budget management, and stakeholder management
- Fluent English language skills
