Job Description
Join KBE Building Corporation as a Preconstruction Manager and be part of a team that prioritizes relationships and rewards excellence. As a Preconstruction Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, soliciting and relating to potential clients, and managing preconstruction services on projects secured by KBE. You will work with the Operations group to ensure a smooth transition into the construction phase and support Operations during construction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Project, and Excel
- Proficiency encouraged in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and BIM software
