KBI: US - Maintenance Technician II

Graveyard Shift Facilities Maintenance Tech II role at KBI Biopharma, responsible for maintenance operations including general maintenance of utilities, equipment, buildings, premises, and grounds. The position requires 2-5 years of experience as a general maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment. Shift hours are 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, two-week rotation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a general maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment
• Licensed journeyman
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos in English
• Ability to write routine correspondence
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees or clients
• Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Ability to use both manual and power tools for general maintenance
• Ability to use computer, telephone, copy, and fax machines
