Administrative Assistant (Secret Clearance)

KBR is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their team at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and experience working in an office environment. The candidate must have an active DOD Secret Clearance.

Requirements

• Provide superior customer service to personnel assigned to the organization
• Manage multiline phone system, and maintain an organized, clean office environment
• Respond to administrative requests in a timely manner by answering questions and providing information
• Maintain workflow by analyzing and refining standard operating procedures, such as scheduling and communications
• Perform clerical, personnel security, and general administrative duties
• Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow
• Provide administrative support to Administrative Officer and Senior Leaders
• Update Recall Rosters, Organizational Charts, and Muster Reports
