Job Description
KBR is in search of a skilled Construction Manager to lead construction projects and task orders. The role requires strong communication skills, analytical acumen, and a proven ability to make decisions and adhere to strict deadlines.
Requirements
- Must possess an active SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI w/ Poly level clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Construction related field; OR Diploma or equivalent AND fifteen (15) years of experience in management-level positions.
- 5+ years’ experience in Construction Management OR ten (10) years trade experience with at least five (5) years in supervisory or site lead positions.
- Experience in managing high dollar projects, directing sub-contractors and skilled workers.
- Experience in managing multiple site locations.
- Experience in managing small projects in a fast-pace environment, using a variety of laborers and contractors.
