Job Description
The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, develop financial models, and provide financial guidance for contract negotiations. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and ability to collaborate across departments.
Requirements
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Develop and maintain financial models
- Partner with division and functional leadership on budgets and forecasts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Track business unit cash flow performance
- Regularly review business unit indirect rate variances
- Enhance financial planning and reporting processes
- Collaborate with the Government Compliance function
- Provide financial guidance and support for contract negotiations
- Mentor and collaborate with a team of FP&A analysts
