Job Description
KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. The Executive Assistant will provide direct support to senior leadership within a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, with a strong preference for candidates possessing U.S. Space Force (USSF) experience.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience supporting senior-level leadership within the Department of Defense
- Demonstrated experience working with the U.S. Space Force (USSF) or closely aligned organizations
- Proficiency in staff tasking systems, including ETMS or equivalent platforms
- Direct experience with USSF personnel processes
- Strong knowledge of DoD correspondence formats and administrative procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
