Job Description
KBR is seeking a HVAC Supervisor to provide technical guidance and direct leadership to maintenance personnel, ensuring the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and plumbing systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and regulations.
Requirements
- US Citizen
- High School Diploma
- Technical knowledge and experience on residential, commercial, industrial HVAC, DDC (controls), steam boilers, oil combustion, and plumbing
- Current and valid license (state or municipality) or Level III technician certification by a nationally recognized certifying organization, or NATE certification
- Senior Level Efficiency Analyst NATE certification
- EPA certification section 608, type Universal
- Valid HVAC technician license or certification in HVAC, mechanical engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead technician role
- Experience managing teams, scheduling work, and overseeing multiple projects
