Job Description
KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. The selected individual will support NSS’ Business Divisions to prepare compliant and competitive Price Proposals while collaborating with Finance, Contracts, Compensation and other allied functional support teams.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree and 8+ years of direct federal government pricing experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of direct government pricing practices, cost and price analysis, and FAR and CAS regulations
- Experience managing subcontractor data calls and price proposals in support of prime contractor pricing strategy
- Cost/Price proposal narrative writing and subsequent experience responding to Pricing evaluation notices, final proposal revisions, etc.
- Comprehensive organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen to make sound financial analysis decisions/recommendations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced MS Excel skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
