Job Description
Maintenance Coordinator responsible for supporting the Maintenance Advisor with maintenance related aspects, executing work, coordinating maintenance activities, and promoting a culture of open safety reporting and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10 + years of relevant field experience with an average of 13 years
- Minimum of 3 Years experience in O&G industry
- Technical HNC certificate in Maintenance discipline role
- Good English language proficiency spoken and written
- Practical exposure to production facilities
- Good IT skills and proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams Etc)
- Ability to identify and assess safety hazards
- Leadership Skills – managing multi-discipline and multi-cultural workforce
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify priorities of maintenance activities in a high activity environment
- Driven to deliver continuous improvement
- Strong bias for being proactive and getting results
- Good understanding of Computerised maintenance management systems (CMSS – Maximo)
- Good understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling
