Job Description
KBR's National Security Solutions team is seeking a Program Manager to support a government client with locations in the Northern Virginia Area. The successful candidate will have experience in program management, facility management, operations, and sustainment projects, with a focus on large, complex requirements. This is a contingent position based on contract award anticipated in June 2027.
Requirements
- Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with polygraph
- Must be a US Citizen
- 10 years of program management experience with large, complex requirements associated with operations and sustainment functions
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
- Management experience with P&L responsibility
- Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts
- Familiarity and willingness to manage a 24/7/365 operational environment
- Highly effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, and group leadership skills
- Ability to reliably operate in a complex and changing environment
