Job Description
KBR is seeking a Senior Acquisition Specialist to assist with the successful delivery of space systems, providing expert advice to the Government Program Manager, PEMs, and Senior Space Force leadership regarding acquisition strategies, contracting, budgeting, and program execution.
Requirements
- An active Top Secret clearance, SCI eligible with an in-scope security background investigation (T5 or SSBI), which is something only a U.S. citizen can obtain.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related science field (e.g., Business, Cost Estimating / Analysis, Financial Management, Engineering, Mathematics or other related technical discipline).
- 20 years of applicable job experience.
- Understands Program Management of ACAT I through ACAT III programs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the requirements to develop acquisition strategies and get them Milestone Decision Authority approved at various stages of program development (e.g., pre-milestone A through milestone C).
