Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO)

KBR is seeking a Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to join the C3BM team in Beavercreek, OH. The selected candidate will perform tasks related to Assessment & Authorization (A&A) and cybersecurity under DHA to obtain and maintain Authorizations to Operate (ATOs) for assigned DoD medical systems. This position serves in the Air Base Air Defense Program assisting the Deployable Systems Branch.

Requirements

• Serve as an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO)
• Perform extensive assessments of systems and networks within the networking environment or enclave
• Identify where those systems/networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy
• Achieve this through passive evaluations (compliance audits) and active evaluations (vulnerability assessments)
• Establishes strict program control processes to ensure mitigation of risks
• Supports obtaining certification and accreditation of systems
• Assists in the implementation of the required government policy (i.e., JSIG, NISPOM, SP-800-171, SP-800-53, RMF)
• Performs extensive analyses to validate established security requirements and to recommend additional security requirements and safeguards
