Senior Program Analyst

KBR is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to lead the end-to-end project oversight for Non-Program of Record (NPOR) acquisition solutions, develop tailored acquisition strategies, conduct risk and sustainment analysis, and coordinate with stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, 8-12 years of experience in DoD/Army acquisition or program management, and a current Secret security clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a technical field
• 8-12 years of experience in DoD/Army acquisition or program management
• Current Secret security clearance
• Demonstrated experience managing agile, rapid, or non-traditional acquisition projects
• Expert knowledge of alternative and rapid acquisition pathways
• Creative and adaptive problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of lifecycle logistics and sustainment planning
• Superior ability to communicate complex project plans and risks
