Senior Program Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Program Analyst provides advanced analytical, advisory, and coordination support for Army acquisitions, systems engineering, and technical or programmatic initiatives. This individual serves as a principal advisor to Program Managers, senior leadership, and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), helping guide planning, execution, analysis, and reporting across the full project lifecycle in compliance with DoD and Army acquisition directives.

What You Will Do

Lead or support the development, tracking, and assessment of program plans, schedules, budgets, cost estimates, and technical milestones. Conduct detailed analyses of program performance, requirements, risks, and resource allocations to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible program analysis, management, or acquisition support experience for Army, DoD, or federal programs
• DAWIA Level II or III in Program Management or equivalent/federal acquisition certifications
• Active or ability to obtain Secret clearance
