
Job description
The Senior Program Analyst provides advanced analytical, advisory, and coordination support for Army acquisitions, systems engineering, and technical or programmatic initiatives. This individual serves as a principal advisor to Program Managers, senior leadership, and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), helping guide planning, execution, analysis, and reporting across the full project lifecycle in compliance with DoD and Army acquisition directives.
Lead or support the development, tracking, and assessment of program plans, schedules, budgets, cost estimates, and technical milestones. Conduct detailed analyses of program performance, requirements, risks, and resource allocations to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation.
This role requires exceptional analytical and organizational skills, advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and strong written and oral communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible program analysis, management, or acquisition support experience for Army, DoD, or federal programs.
