Performs full range of project subcontracting activities associated with subcontracting work. Oversees and performs the full range of administration activities associated with subcontracting including but not limited to invoice verification & processing, variations, claims on a project.
Requirements
- 8+ Years of overall experience
- Skills acquired through graduation and 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to work independently
- Ability to read and understand contracts and handle negotiations with the bidders based on internal procedures and project expectations
- Ability to efficiently coordinate with internal & external stakeholders and work towards placement of project subcontracts as per plans and budgets
- Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Expertise to interface well with the project engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and other members of the project team including the client
