Sensor Analysis Manager

As Sensor Analysis Manager, you will lead a team of analysts responsible for evaluating Radar/Guidance system performance data and producing system assessments. This position requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and effective communication and collaboration skills. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to provide technical support to the Army’s Integrated Air and Missile Defense mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or related STEM field
• 7-15 years of experience in Radar or Guidance analysis for a Missile Defense System
• Demonstrable understanding of Radar signal and data processing methods
• Ability to travel up to 15%
• US Citizenship
• DoD Secret security clearance
