Requirements

• MUST BE ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY ELIGIBLE FOR THE SKILLBRIDGE PROGRAM
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or Physics and Math from an accredited engineering school, college or university is required, or anticipate degree by June 2026
• Candidate must have a technical background and a good understanding of engineering principles
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrated initiative, outstanding organizational skills, the ability to participate in a team environment, and the ability to function well under pressure
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft applications
• Strong multi-tasking/work prioritization skills
• Knowledge of engineering principles and the ability to apply them to real-time operations is essential
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, leadership, teamwork, technical, and administrative skills are mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to plan, lead, and coordinate a wide range of tasks
• Demonstrated ability to progress towards flight controller and instructor certifications
• Must be able to apply technical knowledge and operations concepts to exercise effective decision making and initiative in a real-time and fast-paced operational environment
• Must be a self-starter who excels in a dynamic environment with the ability to work effectively both alone or as part of a team
