Job Description
KBR is seeking a Special Operations Case Manager / Nurse Case Manager to provide professional health nursing principles, practices, and procedures in clinical settings to analyze and develop time-sensitive treatment plans for Department of Defense beneficiaries. This position offers relocation and requires a Secret Clearance or Top Secret Clearance.
Requirements
- Collect, organize, record, and communicate data relevant to primary health assessments
- Assess patient via the telephone using established protocols
- Establish priorities for patient care monitor and evaluate progress toward the stated goals
- Provide professional assistance to health care finders
- Negotiate, write, finalize, and administer product/service agreements
