5+ years of progressive Health and Safety Management experience, Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or equivalent, Certifications in Employee Health and Safety (EHS)

5+ years of Facilities and Janitorial services industry experience, 2 years of team performance management experience, Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience required

3+ years of management experience in a janitorial or building maintenance/service industry, experience with project management, and ability to analyze profit and loss statements

3+ years of customer service/administrative experience and proficient Excel skills required
