Job Description
KDM Engineering is seeking an energetic Substation Lead to join their growing team. This role involves supervision of engineering teams, training junior staff, performing substation design and review, and providing support to clients during construction. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or related degree from an ABET accredited program
- Minimum 5 years of experience in T&D engineering/design
- Minimum 7 years of experience in T&D engineering/design with 2+ years leading teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
