VP of Finance/Head of FP&A

Keebler Health is building the operating system for value-based care. We're looking for a VP of Finance/Head of FP&A to build and own Keebler Health's financial function from the ground up. This is a hybrid leadership role that combines strategic finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and operational finance execution.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, investment banking, private equity, or high-growth startups
• Strong experience building financial models from scratch in ambiguous environments
• Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in early-stage or scaling companies
• Deep understanding of SaaS or healthcare technology business models (ideally both)
• Experience supporting fundraising processes and investor conversations
• Strong analytical rigor with the ability to translate numbers into clear business insights
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• High ownership mindset — takes responsibility for outcomes, not just outputs
