Job Description
We are seeking experienced Dirt Foremen and Operating Foremen to lead earthwork operations on major infrastructure projects, with excellent compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in earthwork operations
- Strong understanding of GPS systems and grade control
- Experience with various types of heavy equipment
- Knowledge of soil conditions and compaction requirements
- Ability to read site plans and calculate quantities
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
- Equipment operation experience preferred
