Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

Keeley Construction is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage commercial construction projects in St. Louis, MO, and contribute to the overall success of the group throughout the planning, budgeting, construction, and post-construction phases.

Requirements

• Manage risk in relation to job-site safety
• Create, update, and distribute the project schedule
• Work with suppliers and field supervision to coordinate material needs
• Facilitate change orders and closeout documentation with clients
• Communicate and coordinate with local municipal inspectors, consulting firms, engineering firms, owner representatives, and local utilities
• Schedule subcontractors when needed and manage effective communication
• Document all project impacts in relation to the project schedule, budget, and plans
