Solutions Engineer - Northeast

Role Overview

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll collaborate with a dynamic global team to shape our product and guide customers through advanced data protection and cyber threat recovery strategies.

What You Will Do

Deliver engaging presentations, manage and implement Proof of Concepts, maintain Salesforce cadence, support lead-generation initiatives, and provide technical expertise on data protection.

Requirements

• Familiarity with OEM, Channel, and Vendor ecosystems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Managing multiple decision-makers to drive proposal outcomes
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues
• 3-5 years of proven experience in sales engineering or technical sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft O365 and Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with other cloud-based SaaS applications
