Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Engineer / Chief Engineer to join our West Palm Beach office, providing leadership and guidance on complex projects and mentoring engineering staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida
- Progressive engineering experience, with strong expertise in land development and water resources
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to engineering teams
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to easily build strong relationships
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects
