Maintenance Coordinator

Maintenance Coordinator responsible for coordinating daily maintenance activities, supporting plant operations, and ensuring technicians have what they need to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Class “A” Mechanical qualification with strong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills
• SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience in industrial or food manufacturing maintenance, with strong understanding of PMs, changeovers, and equipment rebuilds
• Strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and instructions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, mentoring, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in hot/cold environments, climb ladders, and safely access elevated work areas
