Job Description
We are seeking a Packaging Technologist to support two key initiatives at Mars Snacking: £75 million investment in Wrexham cereal plant and ensuring compliance to EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Packaging Development or a related role
- Strong understanding of packing line equipment, machinery commissioning, line performance, and packaging standards
- Knowledge of packaging components, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Experience in organising and leading packaging trials to validate solutions
- Ability to analyse data using statistical methods and make informed recommendations
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
