Job Description
The Plant Health and Safety Manager will report to the Site Environmental Health and Safety Manager and partner with employees and leaders to build and sustain a strong safety culture. This role will involve implementing occupational safety and health standards, delivering effective safety training, and developing programs to identify and eliminate workplace hazards.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field
- Progressive Environmental Health and Safety experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA and EPA requirements
- Experience leading or supervising EHS professionals or technicians
