Job Description
Keller Postman seeks a Litigation Support Attorney to support its representation of plaintiffs in complex litigation at the trial and appellate levels. The role involves performing a wide range of litigation support functions, mentoring paralegals and legal assistants, and coordinating workstreams within an assigned practice area.
Requirements
- JD or LL.B. required
- A minimum of 4 years of experience supporting litigation matters in a law firm or comparable legal environment
- Substantial experience with complex litigation, including trial and appellate support, strongly preferred
- Experience mentoring and supervising others strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience using CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and the Bluebook
- Admission to at least one U.S. state bar required; active status preferred but not required
