Job Description
Mountain Valley of Cascadia is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality care to our residents.
Requirements
- Respond to nurse call systems to meet resident needs.
- Assist residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, hair care, and incontinence care.
- Help residents with eating, ambulation, and range of motion exercises.
- Take and record vital signs, fluid intake/output, and other health data as directed.
- Document care provided and follow restorative service procedures.
- Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings as needed.
- Support person-centered care based on resident preferences.
- Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.
