Project Scheduler

We are Hiring Project Scheduler for our projects company for subsea, offshore, new energies, fleet, techologies and innovation. The Planner-Scheduler will provide project planning and scheduling support to projects within Subsea including vessels.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Project execution, preferably in the Subsea Oil and Gas industry with vessel schedules.
• Ability to coordinate and organize multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment using effective communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work on schedules in live meetings with schedule projected for team engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and extensive knowledge of project planning software such as Microsoft Project and/or Oracle Primavera P6.
• Experience with project negotiations, multi-site interfaces, commercial management of contracts, supplier quality systems, and implementation of project management strategies.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends when vessels are in operation, support projects offshore, and develop an understanding of the communication process across functional and managerial boundaries.
