Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or engineering
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in sales for the automotive segment
- Excellent presentation and expression, strong negotiation, communication, prospecting, and attraction of new clients and distributors
- Specialized knowledge in B2B prospecting and sales, prospecting and opening new accounts, managing and administering potential new clients (automotive paint distributors)
- Pro activity and tenacity, experience in the field seeking new clients (automotive paint distributors)
- Reports and presentations, commercial proposals
- Advanced Office software package management, CRM and pipeline management
- Availability for travel, knowing how to drive a car
- Initial English (basic level)
- Know the automotive repainting segment
- Have relationships and contact with automotive paint distributors
