Join Kelly as a Full Stack Software Technical Support in Mexico City, providing technical support and integration of software solutions for POS systems implemented with clients using Jira platform.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- 1.5 years of experience in technical support and knowledge of payment terminals
- Experience in solutions, support, development, or QA
- Knowledge of POS systems, EMV flows, and transactions
- Ability to connect business needs with technical solutions
- Knowledge in Android development
- Knowledge in C and C++
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA (INDISPENSABLE)
