Job Description
This position requires an individual to be fluent in one of the following Languages: Spanish, Portuguese, German, French and Russian as well as English, and will provide support to Customers and Dealers located in various countries. The candidate will provide product and service information, use internal and external resources, and handle customer interactions by phone and email.
Requirements
- Fluent in one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Russian, and English
- High School diploma/equivalent required
- 2-4 year degree highly preferred
- Customer service background and strong computer skills highly desired
- Agriculture or farming background is desired
- Extreme flexibility required due to 24/7 support center schedule
