Job Description
Kelly Services is seeking Customer Service Representatives for one of our top insurance clients in Indianapolis, IN. As a Customer Service Representative, you will respond to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of Customer Service experience
- Call Center experience is preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
