Job Description
Front Desk Receptionist for a Global Healthcare Solutions leader in Monroeville, PA. Responsible for operating a multi-call switchboard console, greeting visitors, and performing general reception duties.
Requirements
- Two-year Associate's Degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- 1-2 years directly related experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
- Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Ability to represent a positive and professional image
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
