Job Description
Kelly Services is seeking Membership/Customer Service Representatives for an insurance client in Worthington, OH. The ideal candidate will respond to incoming calls, initiate outgoing calls, and provide customer service to plan members, providers, and employer groups. Additional responsibilities include data entry, issue resolution, and maintaining enrollment databases.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related work experience, Call Center experience preferred
- Accurate Data Entry and Excel skills
Benefits
- Pay rate: $15.00 per hour
- Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
