Director/Sr. Director, Program Management

As the operational leader and strategic partner to the Development Team, you'll translate program strategy into an integrated, executable development plan. Requirements

• Partner closely with the Development team and Chief Development Officer to define and refine oncology program strategy
• Translate clinical development strategy into a comprehensive project plan
• Drive structured decision-making processes and cross-functional alignment
• Ensure identification and proactive management of program risks
• Evaluate alternative development scenarios and use data-driven decision-making
• Support advancement through key oncology milestones
• Lead cross-functional team meetings and governance interactions
• Serve as the owner of core program documentation
• Apply oncology drug development expertise to coach and mentor team members
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes
• Monitor and assess partnership performance
• Act as primary point of contact for partner organizations
• Support corporate/portfolio development initiatives
• Demonstrate strategic foresight by anticipating emerging risks and opportunities
